On Wednesday 24 June 2026, the Sawa Palace of Culture, headquarters of the NGONDO, hosted a fraternal meeting centred on the dialogue of cultures and the spirit of coexistence.
The NGONDO welcomed His Majesty Camille Moute à Bidias, Superior Chief of Nkokoé Canton in the Mbam-et-Inoubou department, Patriarch of the Mbam, Chief Executive Officer of the National Employment Fund (FNE), and promoter of the "Mbam'Art et Développement" Festival, on the sidelines of his working stay in Douala.
The visit affirmed a shared conviction: that through tradition, Cameroon can strengthen coexistence, deepen national unity, and reinforce the bonds of fraternity between its peoples.
This meeting builds on the existing partnership between the NGONDO and the FNE, and reflects the shared commitment of Cameroon's traditional institutions to dialogue across regional and ethnic lines, in service of a Cameroon united in its diversity.
